Description: In Lithuania, educational institutions aim to ensure a wider e-learning process by enabling as many schools as possible to use wireless internet connection. During the research, a detailed study of the Internet use by all general education institutions in the country was carried out, including technological and content elements. Particular attention was paid to the identification of needs and gaps. Recommendations to finance the development of wireless Internet and ensure data security were provided. The study was conducted by Smart Continent.
