Description: Regulatory adequacy check is the evaluation of a detailed political area through which it is examined how several related legislations help to seek political purposes. The check is dedicated to determine the cases of duplication, consistency, synergy and overall regulatory impact. During the regulatory adequacy check it has been aimed to evaluate problems and challenges, political purposes and used materials, to determine the solution measures of identified problems, possibly refuse excessive, irrelevant provisions of legislations or to simplify them with the purpose to facilitate the execution of legislations for the requirements of the subject economy. The regulatory evaluation has been carried out by Smart Continent.
