Description: The main goal of the study is to assess and monitor support quality which is implemented as a part of projects related to psychological and pedagogical counseling using ESF funds. The specific objectives of the study are: 1. Percentage estimation of psychological and pedagogical counselling centers in which the tools developed under POWER were used in the diagnosis and / or post-diagnostic process in the case of 25% of students with special educational needs using the counselling services. 2. Evaluation of the effectiveness of all activities implemented under Measure 2.10 POWER in the area of psychological and pedagogical counselling support. 3. Assessment of the usefulness of activities implemented under Measure 2.10 POWER in the field of work with students with special educational needs using tools developed under the ESF. 4. Developing recommendations to improve the activities while supporting psychological and pedagogical counselling implemented under POWER. Methodology:
• Questionnaire online research (CAWI) on a sample of psychological and pedagogical counselling centers
• Mixed-mode study with training and consulting participants in Action 2.10 POWER
• Questionnaire online research (CAWI) on a sample of principals and specialists from primary schools
• Analysis of existing data
• Individual in-depth interviews with the directors of psychological and pedagogical counselling centers
• Individual in-depth interviews with key project managers and participants in project implementation
• Case studies of using the toolkit developed as part of a non-competition project
