Description: The aim of the project is to develop the guidelines for communication on the services provided and administered by public sector institutions and for the service of the population, which would establish common principles for the publicity of the services provided and administered by the institutions / population. While preparing the guidelines, the general part was prepared, which describes why communication about the resident service and services provided / administered is needed. The project analysed the practice of foreign countries (France, Estonia, Croatia, Switzerland, Norway) on the application of communication methods and tools in the public sector. An analysis of Lithuanian practice regarding the application of communication methods and tools in institutions was also performed. Based on the performed analyses, a communication model has been developed and comprehensively described, which identifies and describes in detail the general principles of what, when and how information about the services provided / administered by the institution and resident service should be made public. The project was implemented by Smart Continent.
